Description

Fluorite from Cavnic is amongst the greatest rarities of Romania. Colorless crystals are rare from anywhere in the world. This specimen consists to almost 90% of those colorless fluorite crystals, sprinkled with golden pyrite. White, platy baryte (or quartz pseudomorph after baryte?) on the back, and a bit on the front.

I haven't seen such a rich Cavnic fluorite specimen before.
