Xikuangshan, Lengshuijiang County, Loudi, Hunan Province, China (Peoples Republic)
Size Range:
Small cabinet (7-10 cm)

8.3 × 5 × 4.1 cm
Description

This astonishing specimen was sold to me with a Mexico label, but I'm sure it's a Chinese specimen, as this paragenesis only occurs at the Xiguangshan mine (Pereta, Italy too, but then it would look different). Really a super-interesting piece with gemmy sulphur crystals on stibnite, partly transformed into pale yellow to orange-yellow stibiconite. It's even more special because of the colorless sénarmontite crystals. A very rare combination.
