Description Tabs

Description
Locality:
Diakon Commune, Cercle de Bafoulabé, Kayes Region, Mali
Size Range:
Miniature (4.5-7 cm)
Size:
4.7 × 2.1 × 1.8 cm
Largest Crystal:
4.50cm
Description

A highly lustrous, very dark green, double-terminated epidote crystal, overcrusted in parts by creamy stilbite crystals. It's very hard to get the contrast on those stilbite crystals right. They are great, have an ivory color and pearly luster and are far better than I can show it here. The whole specimen is almost perfect.
