Description

The classic locality of Medenec in the Czech part of the Erzgebirge (Krusné Hory) is famous for two kinds of specimens, first are the beautiful proustite samples and second are the pseudomorphs after native silver.
This specimen is an excellent, large and impressive example of rammelsbergite pseudomorph after dendritic native silver.
The rammelsbergite is associated with some nickelskutterudite crystals.
Great piece, hard to find in this size and quality.
