Description

Although not an uranium mineral i included this specimen in this auction because it was named after Zaire, nowadays the D.R.of Congo.
Zairite is by far the rarest species in this auction and is very difficult to get nowadays.
The sample has several small areas with light green irregular plates of the bismuth-iron-aluminium-phosphate zairite on matrix.
A very rare sample.
