The minerals can be stabilized as a precaution without special notice.
The buyer is responsible to inform himself about physical and chemical properties of the minerals.
If the outside of the packages is damaged when your shipment arrives, this should be noted by the deliverer.
Are you not satisfied with the mineral please contact us and after the safe return consignment we will refund the total invoice amount within 3-5 days. The costs of the returns are to be paid for by the buyer.
Please notice the import regulation of each particular country. The cost of all types of taxes, tributes, fees, customs duties and like that for our deliveries in the buyer's country or the country of destination shall be at the expense of the buyer.
