We endeavour to despatch goods within 48 hours of receipt of payment, but this is not always possible. Within the UK items are despatched by 1st class post whilst for Europe and the rest of the world we use airmail for small packages. "To sign for" will normally be used for goods valued at US$100 or more unless specifically requested.

1. the successful bidding price is the price that will appear on your invoice.
2.Goods will be sent first class post within the UK and by small packet air mail to the US. Delivery will normally be within 7 days of despatch. Postage will be charged at cost and will be included on your invoice.
3. there are no additional charges for VAT or any other taxes.
4. insurance can be arranged, if requested, and will be charged as part of the shipping costs.
5. Goods will only be despatched on receipt of payment. For methods of payment please see "Payment Types"
6. We aim to give complete satisfaction at all times. Goods are supplied on 14 days approval. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the goods are returned undamaged within that time we promise to refund the full value of the item(s) returned, excluding any postage incurred in the transaction.
