Description

Interesting specimen of orthoclase with some white albite and smokey quartz. The largest orthoclase crystal is 2cm and the largest quartz is 1.5cm. One small nick on the tip of the largest quartz crystal. The quartz crystals have a macromosaic structure. The Organ Mountains were recently made a National Monument and collecting there is no longer possible.
