Crystals on Matrix
Size Range:
Miniature (4.5-7 cm)
Size:
5.2 × 4.8 × 2.8 cm
Description

Rare old material from one of Austria`s most prominent localities for fluorite collectors. The discovery was made in the 70ties, today the locality is non-productive, since decades no discoveries there. With luck you can find broken tiny crystals in the creek. The fluorite cube sits exposed between light calcite crystals. The gloss of the faces is excellent - a slight structure can be seen on the surface. The translucent color is impressive violet. A purple zoning can be seen with the low LED backlit. The piece is not big but just perfect!
