This piece is a feast for the eyes: despite its intense colors, this fluorite is very transparent - almost glassy. The crystals show a beautiful violet to light lilac color on the outside and a blue color on the inside. With LED backlight, the blue color changes to a very nice cyan color. And it is precisely the play of colors of light violet on the outside and the beautiful cyan-blue that make the fluorite so special! This color build-up causes the fluorite to change color as the piece is moved. The largest fluorite cube measures 4 cm across the edge. The crystal surfaces show a fine square texture with a silky luster due to water etching. The crystals are undamaged and the sides show beautiful structures by water etching. There are two small chips on the corners. The chips show beautiful water etching patterns. First, second, third, fifth, sixth and seventh photo with low LED backlight. For transmitted light illumination, I use an LED lamp with a higher yellow content. This is where the fluorites become particularly beautiful: they show a more or less intense cyan-blue color, which gives a particularly nice contrast to the intense violet. In daylight, the fluorites show an ink-blue color instead of the cyan.
