Description

This fantastic piece comes from my new find at Weisseck in summer 2022. The name of this Cleft is "Knappenloch". The fluorite is etched all around with good luster and nice structures. The crystal structure is still preserved in the upper area. With backlight, the fluorite shows a beautiful intense purple color in the upper area and inky blue to slightly cyan on the bottom. The piece is etched or crystallized all around - no new fresh damage. First, second, fourth and fifth photo with lower LED backlit.
