Description

A group of pink fluorite octahedra on bright gneiss matrix. The largest fluorite measures 1 cm on the edge and is transparent with good color. The faces are matt glossy with a fine structure. Good contrast to the matrix, which is partly colored dark by chlorite. The chlorite has only settled on the matrix and small adularias - the fluorites are free of chlorite. Beautiful alpine fluorite - the specimen  stands in the displayed positions shown without support!
