Description

Very nice specimen with free standing smoky quartz on crystallized feldspar matrix. The smoky quartz is brown translucent with high gloss faces all around. The top of the main crystal is covered with a reddish brown layer. I think it is hematite and could be removed. Two smaller octahedra fluorites have grown on the smaller smoke quartz. Another two small fluorites have grown on the feldspar. The specimen stands in the displayed positions without any support.
