Description

Superb specimen of lazurite crystals, up to 2.8 cm in size, intergrown over a matrix of tabular white crystals with light brown phlogopite and small golden pyrite. The intense blue lazurites show satin gloss faces with a fine curved structure. The sample stands in the displayed positions without support. A fine specimen with exposed crystals from the classic Sar-e-Sang area in Pakistan!
