Description

What an impressive alpine quartz! The crystals are slightly smoky and show the tessin habit. The faces are glossy, almost mirrored with a multiple fine quilted structure. The smoky quartz is combined with white adularia crystals which are also highly glossy. The smaller ones are glassy and transparent. Additionally, you can find small thin red rutile on the adularias. Almost crystallized as floater - only a small part of the ground was from the rock. No significant damage to report! A really good alpine specimen!
