Description

Hexagonal magnesite crystal from this classic locality. Kaswassergraben is famed for these rare and unusual hexagonal crystals unlike any other locality. This specimen is crystallized as undamaged floater. The faces are partially lustrous and also partially matt. A second generation of smaller hexagonal magnesite crystals covers the main crystal. Very rare and hard to find a specimen like this.
