Description

You are bidding on a small sample with a beautiful cluster of sharp, cavity-born franklinite crystals with unusual prisms of willemite in a vug in ore. Much better than my poor photos show.

This specimen is from the Steven Phillips collection of Franklin District micromounts and rarities curated by Vandall King, and features specimens from a multitude of well-known collectors of the locality including Alice Kraissl, Russ DeRoo, Dave Cook, Van King and others. Many of these samples may be featured in photos in the upcoming three volume series of books being compiled by Vandall King.
