You are bidding on an exceptional sample with fantastic large sprays of chlorophoenicite on matrix with beautiful pink sprays of gageite, minor rhodochrosite, tiny hodgkinsonite and other unidentified phases. Amazing sample from the Alice Kraissl collection. 

This specimen is from the Steven Phillips collection of Franklin District micromounts and rarities curated by Vandall King, and features specimens from a multitude of well-known collectors of the locality including Alice Kraissl, Russ DeRoo, Dave Cook, Van King and others. Many of these samples may be featured in photos in the upcoming three volume series of books being compiled by Vandall King.
