Description

You are bidding on a small sample with beautiful, large clusters of cherry-red sarkinite crystals on rhodochrosite matrix with numerous small native copper octahedral crystals, some hosting tiny crystals of cuprite. Some of the largest sarkinite crystals are a bit bruised, but this is nonetheless an amazing example of the species from the Steve Phillips collection of Franklin District micromounts and rarities.
