Description

You are bidding on a miniature sample with a large (1.4cm), perfect wadeite crystal on matrix with many small brown-red crystals of "bariopyrochlore" from the best world locality for wadeite. The main crystal in fully included with brown needles of aegerine and there are also smaller, pale pink wadeite crystals elsewhere on the sample. An excpetional example of this species. Ex. Fersman Museum and Paolo Matioli collections.
