Description

You are bidding on a small miniature specimen with a fracture surface dotted with a lot of pink groups of small sarkinite crystal groups. Some of the sarkinite has been coated with a Mn-oxide mineral. On the bottom of the specimen are some white sprays of manganhornesite and in the matrix are turbid, pinkish grains of rare adelite. Finally, on some of the Mn-oxides hundreds of white balls of rare dypingite have grown. A rich and unusual paragenesis from Sterling Hill and the Ted Bartels collection.
