Description

You are bidding on a small, truly exceptional specimen of chlorophoenicite and gageite from Franklin. The gageite occurs as very rich purple fibers covering many surfaces on calcite and zincite matrix with secondary franklinite crystals. In a few of the vugs are exceptional, tabular, flattened prismatic chlorophoenicite blades varying greatly from the typical thin sprays. An exceptional sample of both rare species.
