A rare and unusual pseudomorph of brown smithsonite after scalenoedral calcite crystals with second generation white calcite crystals nicely contrasting. Another characteristic that makes this specimen stand out is the presence of yellow-brown cadmian smithsonite in botryoidal aggregates at the back of the specimen.Scalenoedral pseudomorphs that look broken on tops are actually not terminated.An interesting addition to a pseudomorph collection.
