Description

This is part of a very limited lot directly from one of the authors involved the description of this new mineral - IMA2018-083. One opened vug shows brilliant withish to waterclear hexagonal patelets, associated with waterclear hexagonal crystals of Lucabindiite (extremely well developed for this species too!, but difficult to divide from Cuatrocapaite - usually the crystals are are a little thicker with sharp edges sometimes tapered). Cuatrocapaite also occurs on other parts of the specimen and as massive satin-spar-like vein-fillings. Some minor Lavendulan is also present on this specimen.
