This is a very special specimen. Rhombohedral magnetite from alpine clefts are very rare. Additional this piece has an interesting surface that shows different colors caused of interference depending on the position of the light spots. Small but great. Several years ago there was also a report in Lapis.    The photos show the different appearence of the crystal faces. No photoshop was used. But it shows also the "normal" view when the light comes from the front side. Then the crystals appeare black.
