As a mineral collector, I consider the quality of specimens and the customer service very very important, so if for every reason you have a problem with the transaction, please let me know as soon as possible. If  your specimen is damaged upon delivery, send me some photos of the minerals, possibly within 1 week, and I'll refund the cost of the damaged items.
