Description

Curious specimen formed by the combination of black crystals and vitreous gloss of aegirine of up to 1 cm. long and caramel zircon crystals, transparent and bright on a matrix of prismatic crystals of white microcline from Mount Malosa, in Zomba, Malawi. A typical piece from that southeastern part of Africa.
