The Birmingham Auction house Fellows recently conducted an auction of some 257 lots of worked Blue John.
The group photo must almost be without precedent!
The catalogue contained just about every type of object that has ever been fashioned from Blue John; goblets, oberlisks, urns, vases , bowls and more, probably one of the most comprehensive sales of these objects for a while.
I could not find anything to say if this is one collection or group of collections
If you are interested the catalogue is well worth looking through, the auctioneer has not released the prices achieved.
